Earplugs Please: Thanksgiving Isn't Even Here Yet And Here Comes Rudolph & Frosty!

Omigod!

You’re kidding!

Not this early!

For heaven’s sake, Thanksgiving isn’t even here yet!

But here we go!

Rudolph, the red-nosed reindeer
had a very shiny nose.
And if you ever saw him,
you would even say it glows. All of the other reindeer
used to laugh and call him names.
They never let poor Rudolph
join in any reindeer games. Then one foggy Christmas Eve
Santa came to say:
“Rudolph with your nose so bright,
won’t you guide my sleigh tonight?” Then all the reindeer loved him as they shouted out with glee,
Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer, you’ll go down in history!

Shutup!

In my opinion, it’s too damn early!

At least let Thanksgiving have it’s day!

Oh.

For those of you out there who are wondering why I am so riled.

(Loud grunt as my eyes roll heavenward!)

Well, i’ll tell you.

There is a radio station in New Hampshire who switched from a good solid pop music playlist to an ALL 24 HOUR CHRISTMAS MUSIC FORMAT UNTIL XMAS!

Already!

And Thanksgiving isn’t even here yet!

I mean, couldn’t they wait another stinkin’ week before they break out the round the clock Christmas music!

People don’t get me wrong, I DO like Christmas music but in MODERATION!

I personally can’t stand 24 hour Christmas music until the big day!

It drives me nuts or in this case I should say, it drives me fruitcake!

Plus, that radio station was one of my favorites.

Unfortunately i’m going to have to wait until December 26, 2008 to hear a decent pop song on that station!

Dammit!

Question: Why is life so hard for people who like Christmas music but only want to hear it in moderation?

P.S. At this rate, I figure in less than five years people will do away with the Thanksgiving holiday altogether and go directly to Christmas!

And that’s a damn shame!

People, you are reading a story by a person who loves Turkey day!

Gobble Gobble!

Anyhoo, everybody have a Happy Thanksgiving and if you can afford it please send me some earplugs!

Just kidding!

Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha!

And Fa La La La La La La La La!
