Mildly successful character actor, Fred Thompson just proves the old adage, “don’t be a stupid-ass and leave your well-paying day job for another job when you have absolutely no chance in hell of getting that job, i.e. becoming the 44th president of the United States.”
Washed-up former presidential candidate Fred Thompson who recently ran for the Republican nomination but apparently didn’t run fast enough announced that he will try to get back into his former profession, acting. Hey Fred, here’s a little advice, the next time you “run” for president hire Marion Jones, steroids and all to run for you!
For those of you who don’t know who the hell Fred Thompson is and if I can make an educated guess, probably 99 percent of you reading this article, Fred Thompson is best known as a mildly successful character actor. His biggest acting gig was portraying district attorney Arthur Branch on the NBC hit series, Law & Order, but my favorite Fred Thompson acting gig was his portrayal of Bill Bilecki in the 1988 movie, Feds, starring Rebecca DeMornay. I loved him in that role, he was awesome!
Personally, I think that Fred made the right decision. Let’s face it, there are some people who can act and become president. (At this time, I would like to send a “shout out” to former president, Ronald Reagan!) And there are some people who can act but can’t become president. (At this time, I would like to send another “shout out” to Fred Thompson!) Peace out and good luck brother! Be proud of yourself for at least trying!

Someone tell her she would actually have to research the candidates before drooling over everyone else about them as guessing doesn’t cut the mustard.
Wherein Tina proves the old adage, ”Don’t be a stupid-ass all your life”.
The most intelligent, qualified and experienced candidate that our country has seen in many decades is insulted by a wannabe comedian without a clue...pathetic really.
